On the Rise Program – Terms and Conditions

Only intended recipients of email invitations from Grubhub to join the On the Rise Program are eligible to participate. No other Grubhub restaurant partner or third party is eligible for the On the Rise Program or any related offer.  To participate in the On the Rise Program, Restaurant (“you”) must opt in here by 9/9/2022. By opting in to the On the Rise Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.  You may opt out of receiving communications related to the On the Rise Program here. 

In the event you received written notification from Grubhub that you may be eligible for a statement credit in connection with the On the Rise Program, eligibility is subject to the following requirements: (1) you must opt in to the On the Rise Program by 9/9/2022 at https://get.grubhub.com/on-the-rise-program/, (2) you must be a Grubhub restaurant partner from 8/4/2022 through the date statement credits are issued and be “live” on the Grubhub platform (i.e. the accepting and fulfilling orders) for at least 26 days during the program term (as determined by Grubhub), and (3) you must have reached all of your On the Rise Program performance goals (as determined by Grubhub). Qualifying participants will receive the statement credit within 1 month of completing the program. Offer, statement credits, and participation in the On the Rise Program may be revoked in the event that Grubhub determines that you have engaged in fraud or activity that violates any agreement(s) between you and Grubhub (as determined by Grubhub in its sole discretion), or in the event your account is terminated for any reason.

Participation in the On the Rise Program is subject to any written agreements between you and Grubhub, and incorporates the terms at https://get.grubhub.com/legal/restaurant-terms (“Grubhub Terms”) and https://www.grubhub.com/legal/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”). Subject to applicable law, Grubhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the On the Rise Program, or any part of it (including related offers), for any reason at any time with or without notice, including, without limitation, if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the On the Rise Program or related offer.
