By selecting a Remote Meal Program on behalf of the company or organization described in the Remote Meal Program form (“Company”) and clicking “Submit,” you certify that you are a duly authorized representative of Company and agree on behalf of Company to participate in the Remote Meal Program(s) selected. Participation in a Remote Meal Program is subject to the services agreement between Company and Grubhub, if any, as well as the Grubhub Terms of Use. Any budgets provided by Company in connection with a Remote Meal Program will be in addition to existing budgets set by Company. To cancel or modify Remote Meal Program elections and budgets, please contact your Client Success Manager. Grubhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify these Remote Meal Program terms and conditions for any reason with or without notice to Company.
