GH may fund the Matching Program via monthly statement credit(s) to Restaurant. Subject to applicable law, GH may post notice of Matching Program suspension or termination on this page. When the Matching Program terminates, Restaurant’s participation in the Smart Promotions Program will not automatically terminate and it is Restaurant’s responsibility to cancel if Restaurant no longer wishes to participate. To cancel, please email your Account Advisor.

By signing up for the Smart Promotions Program, Restaurant (“you”) agrees to (i) fund GH Smart Promotions promotions up to the selected budget amount (“Monthly Budget”) on an automatically recurring basis each calendar month until Restaurant cancels, and (ii) the terms and conditions at https://lp.grubhub.com/smart-promotions-terms/ (or a successor URL used by GH).

The Smart Promotions Program is available for eligible restaurants only (as determined by GH in its sole discretion). Smart Promotions Program promotions will be redeemed by GH customers who place orders with Restaurant. GH may offer Smart Promotions Program promotions to first-time or existing Restaurant customers. The Smart Promotions Program promotions will be designed and executed by GH at its sole option and discretion. Restaurant acknowledges that Commissions may be calculated based on the non-discounted product total rather than the amount paid by the customer, if any. Your GH promotions funding will be deducted from payments made to you by Grubhub at your then-current payment intervals. Restaurant may cancel/opt out of Smart Promotions Program upon at least two (2) days’ prior written notice to GH by contacting their Grubhub Account Advisor, provided that Restaurant agrees to fund any Smart Promotions Program promotions that have been redeemed by diners through the end of the then-current calendar month. Grubhub does not guarantee any level of performance or utilization of all amounts reserved by Restaurant for GH promotions on a monthly basis.
